NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Cottrellville Township Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 4th, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Cottrellville Township Hall, 7008 Marsh Road.

Subject Property Address: 294 Martindale Court located east of M29 and south of Chartier.

Requesting additional variances to Zoning Ordinance Article XIV, Section 132.1404 paragraph 4 and 5, Schedule of Regulations to permit an accessory structure to encroach into the side yard setback (3 feet required to side or rear lot line 2.8 feet proposed) and to permit an accessory structure to exceed the accessory structure height requirements one story or sixteen feet in total height (proposed story two story or 23 feet in total height.)
Proposed plans can be reviewed at the Township Hall, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Tuesday and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. until 12 noon, by contacting the Township Clerk’s Office. The Public is encouraged to attend this meeting and offer relevant comments in person at the hearing. Comments in writing, to be turned into the Clerk’ Office up until noon on the day of the hearing, which is to be duplicated & supplied to the ZBA members on Wednesday, June 4th, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.
