The Cottrellville Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. at the Township Hall at 7008 Marsh Rd, Cottrellville, MI 48039 to consider the request of Andrew J. Garshott for property at 7493 River Rd. (R-1 zoning) to restore vested property rights and confirm a Class A nonconforming use under Cottrellville Township Zoning Ordinance No. 17 and MCL 125.3208. The request involves recognition of the property’s historic restaurant/bar use.
Written comments will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Monday October 20, 2025 at the Township Hall, 7008 Marsh, Cottrellville Township, MI 48039. Application materials are available for review during normal business hours.
