Cottrellville Township is updating its Master Plan to help guide future decisions about housing, economic development, community and historical assets, transportation, and the overall character of the community.
This Master Plan process is an opportunity to take a fresh look at where the community is today, identify priorities for the future, and create a shared vision for the next decade and beyond. The Master Plan will help shape policies, investments, and development decisions while ensuring that future growth reflects community values.
YOUR voice is a critical part of this process! Cottrellville Township is actively requesting the review and comments of citizens and stakeholders regarding the draft Comprehensive Master Plan. Please share your comments by Thursday, August 27th. All community comments will be taken into consideration when shaping the final version of the Master Plan.
